It isn't just WACKENHUT that cut corners and took money-they just got caught! The Unified Rail mess that operates under 50 State Security, with all the recruits being fed by unaccountable agencies-leaves a lot of wiggle room for deniable culpability and a round-robin of blame and finger pointing when crap hits the fan! Then you see little groups that are joined muscle a "fall guy"-AND THE CORRUPTION GOES ON. It certainly doesn't add to real security, puts no money in the guard's pockets-and betrays the purpose of the public having a contract at all. I has harassed recently for attempting to photograph a "possible traffic arrest in progress". When they noticed the camera, they let go of the driver, and turn their attention tome. While it is EXTREMELY difficult to not defend oneself, that is exactly what makes a case. Martin Luther King never struck back.
