Do whatever you have to do, non-violently, stepping back, asking where the enforcer believes the 1st Amendment starts and stops because most of the time the enforcer is wrong.

One question I had is whether or not he did climb the fence- say to get a shot?
In the article it doesn’t sound like he was asked “did you climb the fence?”
Not justifying his being reported as one of the arrested protesters – but I do think there is more to this story.

After the bogus charges are dismissed based on his photos, the photographer needs to sue Xcel and the employee if it is found that he perjured himself.

It sucks to be arrested and taken for “processing”. But, all I can say is that people who record are the revolutionary heroes of the 21st century. Do whatever you have to do, non-violently, stepping back, asking where the enforcer believes the 1st Amendment starts and stops because most of the time the enforcer is wrong. Keep recording. Please keep it non-violent and don’t run from the enforcers because that just gives them ammunition.
