Bylaws be damned! This is AMERICA we ALL have First Amendment Rights! If YOUR community doesn’t recognize that, then you, and your fellow citizens better do whatever to yank it back in line, or YOU might be paying out $50,000!

Good for him. Problem is the taxpayers of Pittsburgh should be raging and livid over a payout like this. 50K could help maintain a few areas of Pittsburgh, instead it’s going to Hackbart and lawyers.

Until taxpayers/sheeple demand LE follow the law, this will continue to happen. And on this count, most folks I believe, will say “You shouldn’t flip off a cop” blah, blah and that “the guy got what he deserved.”
