Colorado deputies assault father, then grandfather over video camera threat

Watching deputies threaten his son over a dirt bike, Taka Fushimi told them he was going to retrieve his video camera from his home.

That was when one of the Adams County (Colorado) deputies pounced on him, threatening to arrest him before pushing him into a glass window of his home.

This prompted Fushimi’s 85-year-old father, Taka Fushimi Sr., to step out of the house to see what was going on.

Deputies then assaulted him.

A neighbor witnessed the whole thing, according to a Denver TV news station.

Neighbor Terryron Thigpen said she saw the whole thing from her balcony.

“He just went and jumped on the dad,” said Thigpen.

Thigpen said she yelled for police to stop and was horrified to see them arrest and assault 85-year-old Taka Fushimi Sr.

Fushimi Sr. said he was just coming out of the house to find out what was going on. He bent down to pick up his son’s wallet when officers twisted his arm and pushed him to the concrete.

The incident started when TJ Fushimi was riding his dirt bike to his grandfather’s house. He ended up driving it on the street, which is illegal and prompted the deputies to pull him over.

He said the deputies had an attitude from the start, getting angry when he didn’t pull out his driver license quick enough.

They then started threatening to confiscate his dirt bike, telling him he would never see it again.

Meanwhile, TJ’s father had emerged from the house and told the deputies that they were “full of shit.”

The deputies ordered him back inside the house, which was when he threatened to get his video camera, which then led to the deputies pouncing on him.

Internal affairs is now investigating the incident.

10 to 1 that nothing happens.

Internal affairs has a lot of work ahead, weighing the evidence and sorting out just how the cops weren’t in the wrong.

Never forget that these SADIST, borderline retarded cops are trained in escalation. It would make their day if they killed someone who “resisted”, all over a petty offence.

No doubt the 85-year-old man “had aggressive body language”, “Took a bladed stance”, or some other BS excuse.

The old man did worse than become a physical threat; he threatened to get a camera and hold the officers responsible.
