Mmfffglp... that was the sound of me throwing up in my mouth a little bit. How nauseating. The only problem I have with the second shooting (carjacking) is that there was no real administrative review of the officer from the first shooting. A shooting that looks clearly like the unjustified homicide of an unarmed man. I believe that is the judgment that anyone who reviewed the video would make as well.
