I need a serious massage every summer when I ride my scooter from Lebanon, PA to Sugar Loaf, NY, and that's just from holding my head up against the wind. Good thing that he's on a Piaggio, and not some no name Chinese knockoff that you can't get parts for to save your life. Would've been better off with something with a little more storage, though. Honda Ruckus, if he'd want to stick with 50cc, or a Honda Big Ruckus (what I ride), which has plenty of room on the back (you can strap a keg on there) and 250cc perfect for highways. But I guess it's too late, huh? :-D Hope he has plenty of sunscreen, too - the first summer I made that ride, I made the mistake of doing so in a t-shirt. Worst sunburn ever, in 6 hours flat.
