Your site hasn't been loading during non business hours. I have tried probably 10 times over the past two weeks during the hours of 8PM - 2AM and haven't been able to pull up the site.

I thought maybe you were trying to save a little $$$ by only keeping the site up during the day.

Rejected access is using Firefox. Accepted access using Internet Explorer

Site not working for Google Chrome browser:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/1.3.33 Server at AppStuff Port 80

Works fine with IE but I prefer Chrome. BTW, great site and thanks for being a first amendment proponent.

Visitors could try using Herdict Web to track this... I just tried http://carlosmiller.com through it and marked it accessible as it loaded fine for me.

http://www.herdict.org/web/

from their About section:
"(Have you ever come across a web site that you could not access and wondered,"Am I the only one?" Herdict Web aggregates reports of inaccessible sites, allowing users to compare data to see if inaccessibility is a shared problem. By crowdsourcing data from around the world, we can document accessibility for any web site, anywhere.)"
