I understand they like throwing shoes at people they don't like. Maybe it was a cultural practice that should be respected. Interesting how the cop reacted so quick, too. Bush's secret service stood there and let the shoe flinger get off a second one. Besides, what's wrong, really, with beating up teenagers? Especially when they're in restraints. Is the girl a Muslim? But it's ridiculous for the cop or anyone to think this girl assaulted him. Considering she was giving him some attitude, the cop could have just intimidated her a bit and let that be the end of it. But what he did after that was just blatant and ludicrous. Both of those guys had her pinned down and he's punching her in the back of the head. I'm no angel and have spent my time inside a jail once or twice. It used to be you didn't want to get locked up because of the people inside the jail (among the other more obvious reasons) but now it seems like the incentive to stay out of jail is to not be some jackass's whipping boy.
