Look Matt, this ain’t rocket science pal. I’ve looked at that video a dozen times and EVERY time I look at it I see a cop assault a bicyclist. Now, when you look at it maybe you see a bicyclist assault a cop. Is that the case? If so, maybe Carlos could set up a poll here to see just how many participants see that bibyclist assault that cop or vice versa.

Alright now this is FINALLY a case where the Internal Affairs actually punishes the cop who did the deed. indeed how could they do otherwise with that damning evidence. Shame on the cop guy. I don’t know why he did it but shame on him anyway.
