" Simon came right at the camara man with her car, what Simon did any body esle would have gotten arrested. If I did this with my car to any body in Miami Lakes I would be arrested. This is assault and road rage and it is caught on camara. Will Simon also get away with this and so much more? Simon does wrong and then plays victim A Law Enforcement agency except from Miami Dade PD should question and investigate
what happened when Mrs Cafiero yelled out
” Look out! ”
Simon came right at the camara man with her car, what Simon did any body esle would have gotten arrested.

If I did this with my car to any body in Miami Lakes I would be arrested.

There also is a potential 18 USC 1983 action which also could be asserted. These people have been horribly wronged and taken advantage of by the Town and others for voicing their Constitutional rights and have been retaliated against. While I am sympathetic to their cause my firm is unable to accept the representation. This is a contingency case and if the 1983 action is plead there could be attorney fees.
