I expected them to want to get the settlement done and think that would be the end of it.
But that’s not the way I play the game.

I am trying to put even more pressure on them now that its over & I post wherever I can.
And I am looking to get this spread over the net as much as I can, probably concentrating on the most popular web pages.

YouTube has MILLIONS of hits on this story, and I have posted ALL the video that I have gotten so far..(what wasn’t “MISSING”!) HA!

I am also trying to figure a way to get the FBI to really look into this.

As for doing it for 5 years, I certainly hope not. I didn’t want to do it this long…and I probably would not have except for the people at Stark County. They have turned this into an obsession, and not in a good way.

If I have to get professional help I may have to sue the Stark County Sheriff’s office myself for damages.
If it turns into a class action lawsuit, I’ll let you know….Hahhahahhaha

I have no explanation of why you read it and don’t.

But I do want to thank you for trying to wiggle out of questions you don’t want to answer, while trying to turn accusations against the victim in all of this.

Do you think people read your posts and gain any confidence that you authorities at Stark County are being honest?

For the people that haven’t tried to contact anyone in Stark County about this, and so don’t have any idea what kind of sleaze these people are, you give them a shining example.

The last I checked this post was about the Hope Steffy case, so if you are not comparing the Mary Beth G. case to the Hope Steffy case, then why bring it up here?

But just in case there are some people that might have missed the point of the post, here it is.

I wasn’t comparing the two cases from a legal standpoint, only to point out that even though Calumet City had a “policy” (doesn’t matter what it was for), it was found to be illegal.

Stark County criminals are quick to point out what their “policy” is….well it doesn’t matter WHAT it is, if its unconstitutional & illegal.

So I am not comparing the same policies, only the same flawed thinking, which seems to be rampant in Stark County.

Just because they live in the fantasy world of excuses & illegal acts, it doesn’t have anything to do with the reality of what they REALLY did that night.

And that’s why you’ll never see any of them take a polygraph, because all of their fantasies, pathetic excuses, & lies won’t stand up to reality.

Hope this clears up any confusion about shit & apple butter.

If you are depending on the “manufactured” evidence of Sheriff Swanson to try to convince anyone that she was suicidal, you might want to start with 5th graders.

You don’t understand that from a legal perspective, a blanket policy of strip searches and cavity inspections of all females regardless of charges has no relation to a policy of clothing removal based on a risk of suicide.

That’s the legal equivalent of not knowing shit from apple butter.

When Deputy Richard T. Gurlea Jr testified under oath that Hope’s assault was not investigated because she was ‘unable to contribute’ to the investigation:

Would it be TRUE that any case where the victim is unconscious or killed is never investigated, or would this be a LIE?

When Deputy Richard T. Gurlea Jr testified under oath that Hope’s assault investigation was not finished:

Would this be TRUE that it was never finished, or would the incident report that shows Hope being charged with the assault, that she had reported, make this a LIE?

When Mike McDonald, the head jailer, said he knew of NO ONE investigating the Hope Steffey case:

Was this the TRUTH, or did the BCI investigator, Christy Palmer that stated the FIRST people she talked to were McDonald, Perez, & Whalen telling a LIE?

When the sheriff’s secretary, Carrie told me that the “missing” video would soon be released to Steffey’s lawyers:

Was she telling what she thought was the TRUTH, even after thousands of phone calls & hate mail, or didn’t she know yet that the sheriff was going to claim the video was NON-existent, and she wasn’t let in on the LIE?

When the jail staff claimed Steffey was repeatedly “pulling away” from them and that’s why they never gave her a chance to remove her own clothes:

Could this even remotely be the TRUTH, since there were EIGHT people restraining a handcuffed Steffey, and videos all over YouTube prove that this is a LIE?

When Sheriff Swanson said “all the facts will come out” after the Grand Jury investigation:

Did he think he was telling the TRUTH, and he was just too stupid to know any evidence given to a grand jury can not be released, or after all his years as a LEO, did he know this to be a LIE?
(I guess the “No comment Tom” and then he hangs up on WKYC reporter Tom Myers sorta gives this answer away.)

Apparently you didn’t read the post, or didn’t understand it, or being one of the Stark County criminals, you are used to twisting anything around.

Plus you posted the cities argument as to why they committed their criminal acts, but in true Stark County fashion fail to mention the millions that were paid out in settlements for their “policy” that was found to be ILLEGAL. (And then you point out that men were not subject to the same “policy”, and I have no idea why you would do that, unless it’s to look even more foolish than before.)

I am used to having Stark County try that trick on me too.
Its just not as successful on me as it was when they did it to Hope Steffey.
